Truss is a unique brewery. They operate boutique-style, with specialty beer and food. They offer take-out food and beer only. All beer is brewed on their 1 bbl system, and food is cooked on a wood fire.

The Story

The founder of Truss came from more than 30 years in the food and beverage world. Cicerone training in a culinary world came together with a desire for a family owned small business. They have a strong passion for quality local ingredients, especially those from neighboring small businesses that make their way into the beers, food, or your retail shopping bag. They do office or home drop-style catering and are serious about giving the best service possible.
