The Vibes

Chimera is a brewery that’s friendly in all facets: staff, patrons, confines, food and drafts. There’s something to keep everyone happy here. The beer menu includes several of their own brews, made right on the premises in the shiny taps you can see when you walk in. The bar area is alive but not loud; sitting here for a pint and bite you’ll feel at home in the modern, industrial comfiness. Across the way in a large dining room you can enjoy a menu stepped in choices of plates, starters, salads and desserts. Upstairs is a cozy cocktail bar abound with delightful spirits. If al fresco suits you, there are a couple dozen dog-friendly picnic tables out front, alongside a few seating areas with firepits. Goodness rules here.

The Story

Chimera is a hybrid creature made from a lion, goat and snake. The Chimera has become known to represent something imaginative that is created from various parts. It’s an ideal way to describe the three leaders of the company. They tend to have different points of view but often come together to create something that as an individual would have only been a dream. Specifically, a local brewery with epic atmosphere and tastes for everyone.
