A rustic, relaxing brewery specializing in Belgian and German style beers. Cobblehaus marries old world style with new world twists. A very personable place, the brewery is a great spot for family get-togethers, special occasions, or to simply enjoy a drink and good conversation with friends.
It all started when Scott had his first real beer at a Colorado microbrewery. He loved the taste, the energy of the brewery and the people who filled it. Soon his day job began sending him overseas on business travel to places like Germany and Belgium. It was there he fell in love with those beers and began learning all about the history and craft of German and Belgian beers, which led him to his niche and the founding of Cobblehaus. The name is a tribute to both countries. “Cobble” references Belgian cobblestone, while “Haus” is the German word for house.
