An industrial, open-air space known for blasting good tunes. Hitchhiker specializes in sours, saisons and IPAs. Guests come for the unique setting in a former Fort Pitt brewery boiler house and stay for the variety of beer. There is also a location in Mt. Lebanon great for drinking, eating and taking a growler to-go.
Hitchhiker was opened out of an interest in offering beer that is true to time-honored traditions and push the envelope in experimentation. Much like hitchhiking, the brewery was named after connecting random people through beer.
