The Story

Late Addition Brewing + Blending was founded in the Spring of 2024. Our name has multiple meanings: Late addition hopping is a technique that infuses hop flavor and aroma into beers. The name also refers to the fact that, even though we have years of beer experience, we are a newer and late addition to the Pittsburgh brewing scene.

We make traditional European styles, New World classics, and various IPAs.

The “+ Blending” part of our name is dear to us. We encourage you to explore our blended sour beers from our Solera program, many of which include fruit re-fermentation.
