As one of the oldest breweries in the Delaware Valley, Pete Giannopoulous started crafting Sly Fox Brewing Company from his hometown of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania in 1995. The production expanded to a 20-barrel production brewery in nearby Royersford in 2004, and then a 40-barrel brewhouse in Pottstown. Today, Sly Fox is hailed as one of the premier craft brewers in the Mid-Atlantic region – and has expanded to two Pittsburgh locations – a taphouse at the Point and a brewery and pub at the Highline.
